Datin Amy Latiff is the Founder and Group Director of Risetier Group of Companies. She is known for her extensive experience in the banking and investment sector, with in-depth knowledge of Unit Trusts, Private Equities and Investment Banking. She has helped spearhead investment banking divisions in several investment banks, and was responsible for the overall development of their investment businesses.
With over 20 years of business development and corporate management experience, her expertise includes identifying and nurturing new business opportunities. Datin Amy has also pivoted to managing a variety of industry verticals with a portfolio extending to sectors related to Fashion Retail, Pharmaceutical & Healthcare, Technology, F&B and Education.
Venturing into the education sector, she was tapped to manage local and international enrollments for City University Malaysia, and was appointed Business Development Manager. Since then, she has also been engaged by several regional and international higher education institutions.
Datin Amy has also forged a successful career in the fashion retail line, having managed a children’s’ apparel brand for 5 years before venturing into her own e-commerce retail platform, TierBoutique.
As part of her charitable efforts, Datin Amy is also a member of REGENERASI, Persatuan Dan Kelestarian Alam, a non-governmental organisation focused on nurturing and developing future regeneration and sustainability leaders. She believes activism of youth is key to achieving Sustainable Development & Regeneration goals.

Holding multiple top producer awards for her role in the banking and investment industry, Datin Amy’s entrepreneurial achievements are a testament of her dedication to futureproofing the well-being of her clients in their pursuit of happiness, ambition and financial freedom.

As an Investment Advisor, Datin Amy works with investors to provide them with the best tailored financial advice. Her expertise includes providing guidance to clients regarding their investment needs such as identifying investment goals, and formulating investment strategies to ensure proper utilisation and investment of funds in productive ventures.

As Education Consul of Consulate General of Malaysia for Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (2004 -2009), he was responsible for recruiting thousands of international students from Jeddah, Yemen and Sudan for both public and private universities and higher education institution in Malaysia. He also served in a higher education task force for OIC Countries with strong focus in the Middle East.
Operations & Account Manager
Anilah plays a key role in running and managing the daily operations related to Accounting, Human Resources, Office management and controlling of Financial resources. She establishes coordination among the different departments and liaises with various agents to ensure that the company operates efficiently and complies with applicable laws and company policies.

From secretarial roles to handling corporate communications for several government units, Mazneen is responsible for managing government liaison work-related matters. She builds and maintains mutually beneficial relationships, facilitates communications and coordinates activities especially with government regulatory bodies and relevant statutory bodies.

Apnizan specialises in Islamic financial laws, wealth management and governance matters. She has conducted trainings for Islamic banks and advisory works in the sphere of Islamic Financial laws since 2010, and was engaged by local and international public and private entities for consultancy works in Islamic finance and wealth management.
Associate Partner
With an MBA, Mr. Park excels in strategic management. He is a proficient sales consultant specializing in Electric Safety Systems. He advises on solar and hydrogen farm development, as well as facilitates M&A deals for mines between Korea and Malaysia. Additionally, Mr. Park leads the Malaysia International School Camp, that helps Korean students to enhance their English skills.
